Orders & Delivery

For custom pieces, production typically takes 8-12 weeks, depending on complexity. Pre designed items have shorter lead times.

Yes! We provide delivery and professional installation to ensure your furniture is perfectly placed.

We deliver across all major cities in India. For specific or exact details , please contact us to check availability.

Exchange/Return

As our furniture is primarily custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will assess and provide a suitable resolution. 

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, inform us immediately, and we will arrange for repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. 

Custom furniture orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as they are made specifically to your specifications. 

Pricing & Payments

Pricing depends on the design complexity, materials, finishes, and craftsmanship involved. We provide detailed quotes after discussing your requirements. 

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, etc. Flexible payment options may be available for larger projects. 

Yes, we typically require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due will be required on the dispatch day. 

Quality & Maintenance

We use premium-quality wood, stone, metal, glass, and upholstery to ensure durability and aesthetics. 

We provide specific care instructions based on the materials used in your furniture.
